We have several forms of white hair seen in the Cosmere with both natural and supernatural origins so we can't pin it down to one thing specifically. So, we know a few things and have a few holes: Homans are Tied for being the first species in the Cosmere. By the time of the Shattering there were something like 6 around that we know of (Humans, Sho Dal, and Dragons all on Yolen, plus Singer and non-sentient Spren on Roshar, and I think the Sleepless where kicking around by then).Earth did not exist in the cosmere. Humans existed on Yolen (and other planets) before the shattering of Adonalsium, and it is assumed Adonalsium created them.From a writing perspective, stepping back, I feel like other book series (like the Wheel of Time, Pern, Shannara) really covered the idea of, "This is Earth and/or earth people in another ...The fainlife from the Liar sample chapters is one of my favorite elements of the Cosmere so far.
